Customs Clearance
- A full range of customs clearance services at both ends of the chain relating to import and export formalities covering a range of commodities. Our customs clearance experts have great knowledge and experience of local conditions and regulations.
Distribution & Cross Docking
- Combining products from different manufacturers and origins before making the final delivery to the consignee is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint and overall shipping costs. In the same way we can split shipments down to deliver to multiple delivery points.
Warehousing & Storage
- Sometimes you may need extra warehouse/storage space or an early arrival of cargo to be held for a short period of time. We are happy to offer flexible, secure and economical warehouse space for as long as you need with no long term contract.
Unpacking, Sorting & Repacking
- While you manage your customers we can receive your container(s) & cargo direct to our warehouse, unpack, label and repack to any specification before distribution to your final customer as instructed. As soon as they are delivered they can be ready to go straight on the shelves.
Loading and unloading containers
- Whether loading containers for export, or unloading for import, you need it done fast and in a secure location. Loading for export is planned carefully to ensure space used is maximised and cargo is stowed securely for transport. Import containers can be unpacked to bonded warehousing or normal warehousing depending on your requirement.
Insurance
- We recommend insuring your cargo before every shipment, after all, accidents happen! Financial risk is taken if your goods are lost or damaged. Like all forwarders we have limited weight based liability as dictated by standard conventions and because this is based on weight it usually doesn’t cover the actual value of cargo.

Once the quote is accepted we will get straight to work detailing the shipment information and transferring to all concerned parties. The booking will be made and the booking confirmation will be issued which will detail all planned collection, vessel/flight and arrival details. It will also include our origin/destination agent’s full address with contact numbers for your information. At the same time our agents will be notified so right from the booking confirmation stage everyone who needs to know about this shipment does, and we can all begin to prepare for the next steps.
